You may return your unopened, unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, with original packaging, accessories, free product cap, and invoice.

The device must not be activated or registered on any network.

Sealed box must be intact (seal broken = no return).

Product used or activated,

Physical damage, scratches, or missing accessories,

Seal broken or packaging tampered,

Hygiene reasons (earphones, cables once opened)

Customized or special edition units.

If you return the phone, your lucky draw entry for the ₹10 Crore contest will be automatically cancelled.

No exceptions.

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

Free replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be provided after verification.

Initiate return request via connect@migaphone.in within 7 days of delivery.

Our logistics partner will arrange reverse pickup within 2–5 business days.

Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).

Full amount paid (including delivery charges) will be refunded if the product qualifies for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of change of mind.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for 100 % refund (processed within 3–5 days).

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
