These Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase made on migaphone.in. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Every confirmed order automatically enters the buyer into the “MIGA Z13 ₹10 Crore Lucky Draw” as per the separate Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions.
Delivery timeline: 7–25 days from order date across India (except restricted states).

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for 100 % refund (processed within 3–5 business days).

12 months manufacturer warranty against defects.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

The “MIGA Z13 ₹10 Crore Lucky Draw” is organized by Connect.
1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 (23:59:59 ) or until stocks last, whichever is earlier.
Open only to Indian citizens residing in India aged 18 years or above as on 1 January 2026.
Not available in the following states due to local regulations:
Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland, Gujarat, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi,Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh.
Employees, immediate family members, and associates of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
Purchase MIGA Z13 smartphone from the official website www.migaphone.in during the contest period.
Each valid purchase automatically grants one entry into the lucky draw.
No separate entry fee is required.

Winners will be selected through a computerized random draw under the supervision of an independent auditor.
Results will be announced on or before 13th May 2026 on www.migaphone.in and official social media channels.
Prizes will be transferred via bank transfer within 30 days of verification.
Applicable TDS will be deducted as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Prices are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the contest without prior notice.
Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Organizer is not liable for any technical issues, network failures, or lost entries.
